I like that I can adjust the neck. I wanted to wait until I used them to say how long the charge lasts but that won't be for another 3 or 4 months. Ones without being adjustable kept moving up and down when I'd bend over. These help a lot because I can wear them closer together without as much movement. (I'll update the length of charge once I find out as that's ALL I was looking for in reviews and never found an answer which I found odd.)

The fan works fairly fine I'm pleasantly pleased I don't like taking pictures but I highly recommend for the price it works pretty darn good
